Dennis B. Aguma

Dennis is an Entrepreneurship facilitator with experience delivering training to enterprising students in both group and 121 settings as former President of the Kingston Entrepreneurs’ Society and Business Incubation Manager of ‘Kingston Nest’, Kingston University’s Enterprise Hub in London.

Dennis is an alumnus of Makerere University Business School, Kampala and briefly worked with the Auditor General’s Office in Uganda before moving to London where he’s accumulated over 7 years’ extensive experience in the Administration and Management of Pension Scheme Projects with major FTSE 100 companies including Capita, Mercer and Friends Life. As well as securing a 1st Class BSc. Business Management degree, and winning several awards from Kingston Business School, London (see below), Dennis is the recipient of Surrey University’s International Leader Scholarship and is currently completing an MBA at Surrey Business School, undertaken to deepen the business theory and models to complement his practical experience to date.

Dennis is the founder of the National Association of Student Enterprises (NASE), a mentor and founding member of Kingston Young Entrepreneurs Club, part of the Kingston Chamber of Commerce, London.

Dennis is now an MBA Candidate at the University of Surrey, UK.

Carolyn Baguma

Communications Programme Consultant

Carolyn is a Development Consultant with a background in operations management, marketing, and PR gained across sector such as Leadership & Development, Hospitality, Recruitment and Non Profit sector in the UK and EU.

She brings invaluable leadership experience from working with F100 companies during her time at the leading custom education provider Duke Corporate Education. Notably worked with organisations such as the National Citizen Service, Shelter, Oxfam and The Challenge Network.

In 2014, she founded the development consultancy Amulinde Ltd, a platform to continue working with Businesses, Charities and individuals in a development capacity. A key focus of the consultancy is Corporate Social Responsibility and engages with partners in projects that benefits the individual, the business and the community – –

She’s also a qualified Development Coach and Mentor, and currently studying to become a Neuro Linguistics Practitioner.

Dwain Reid

Start-up Business Coach

DWAIN REID is the Entrepreneurship Project Officer and Mentor in Residence at Kingston University. He is a start-up business coach working with ambitious people, one-to-one, and also delivers entertaining and educational events/workshops. He has coached thousands of people, entrepreneurs, students, small business owners, sales teams and teachers either one-to-one, through key note speaking or workshops and currently runs the “Entrepreneurs” programme at Kingston University, the Number 1 University in the UK for graduate start-ups in for the last 5 years.

Dwain eats, sleeps and breathes business and runs a six figure childcare service in London. He is also a self-proclaimed Twitter celebrity and has spoken for and worked with many leading companies in pre-start up/business development including Cambridge Leadership Academy, Shell Livewire, City Business Library, Prince’s Trust, Young Enterprise, The Great British Business Show and NACUE.

Dwain was a guest speaker and facilitator at the inaugural NASE’s 2015 Leap Conference in Kampala, and will be joining the NASE team again in August this year.
